We identify the parcel
We source motivated landowners through direct mail, referral networks, and county property data. Every lead is underwritten against live builder demand before we make contact — we only pursue land we know we can move.

We contract it
We sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the seller at an agreed price, with a full assignment clause built in. The seller has a signed deal. We have 30–45 days to match the parcel to a qualified builder from our network.
03
Everyone closes
We assign our contract to the builder. Title handles the transaction. The seller gets paid, the builder gets their lot, and Datum earns an assignment fee. No double-close, no financing risk, no surprises.
